About CFAW
Canadian Fertility Awareness Week (CFAW) is a nationwide movement dedicated to breaking the silence around fertility and family-building challenges while advocating for equitable access to fertility care across Canada.
Every year, we bring together patients, healthcare professionals, workplaces, advocates, and allies to:
Share real, lived experiences
Raise awareness of fertility inequities
Push for better policies and workplace benefits
Support the 1 in 6 Canadians facing fertility challenges
CFAW is more than a campaign. It’s a call to action.

To unlock policies that support every path to family building.
It’s about turning closed doors into open ones and ensuring that fertility care is understood, supported, and accessible to all.
We are on a mission to create a Canada that supports all paths to parenthood — equitably, compassionately, and without barriers.
