Canadian Fertility Awareness Week (CFAW) is a nationwide movement dedicated to breaking the silence, raising awareness, and advocating for better fertility care across Canada.
Each year, we come together to share real stories, amplify patient voices, and drive change for the 1 in 6 Canadians struggling with fertility. CFAW is about community, education, and action.
